Mr. Walker is a seasoned executive with more than 24 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and business management. Throughout his career, Mr. Walker has led compliance, structuring, and negotiation efforts for hundreds of private transactions, delivering growth capital to companies across construction, technology, internet, and consumer-branded industries.

Most recently, Mr. Walker assisted Appalachian Mountain Brewery in its transition to a publicly traded company (OTC: HOPS), providing strategic guidance through the regulatory and capital-markets process.

Prior to founding Steele Creek Capital, Mr. Walker launched and scaled Remodel Auction in Charlotte, North Carolina, growing the home-improvement contracting business into multiple offices. Earlier in his career, he served as a stockbroker and branch office owner of JW Genesis Securities, a full-service broker-dealer later acquired by First Union Bank.

Mr. Walker was a registered principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and held securities licenses in ten states, authorizing him to transact in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Business from Appalachian State University and continues to focus on emerging financial infrastructure, including digital assets, tokenization, and real-world asset (RWA) platforms, through Steele Creek Capital.
