Our CEO

Mr. Clinton F. Walker, is a professional executive with 24 years of Investment Banking and Business Management Experience. Mr. Walker managed the compliance and negotiation for hundreds of private transactions providing growth capital for companies in various industries including Construction, Technology, Internet, and Alcoholic Beverage; most recently assisting Appalachian Mountain Brewery becoming publicly traded. (OTC: HOPS) Before Steele Creek Capital, Mr. Walker was the founder of Remodel Auction of Charlotte, NC, a home improvement contractor that grew into several offices. From 1990 to 1999 Mr. Walker was a stockbroker and owner of a Branch Office of JW Genesis Securities, a full-service securities broker dealer bought by First Union Bank. Mr. Walker was a registered principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers licensed with the Securities Divisions of ten states to invest in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. In December 1990 Mr. Walker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology and Business from Appalachian State University.
