Kiko Nation Token Development
Steele Creek Capital served as the originator, architect, and strategic developer of the Kiko Nation Token (KIKO), a Solana blockchain-based utility token designed to bridge real-world agricultural assets with decentralized digital infrastructure.
The Kiko Nation Token was developed to support a next-generation Livestock Digital Passport™ ecosystem, enabling enhanced traceability, data integrity, and operational efficiency for livestock producers. The project integrates real-world asset (RWA) principles, combining physical agricultural operations with blockchain-based verification, tokenized incentives, and future AI-driven analytics.
North Carolina Natural Energy Merger
Steele Creek Capital served as a strategic advisor and majority shareholder in a publicly traded OTC company involved in the merger and subsequent acquisition of Appalachian Mountain Brewery (OTC: HOPS).
In preparation for the transaction, Steele Creek Capital obtained a Wholesale Liquor, Beer, and Wine License through the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and managed key regulatory and operational prerequisites necessary to support the merger process.
The firm also oversaw post-capitalization structure planning, prepared required corporate and transactional disclosures, and coordinated submissions with OTC Markets Group. Steele Creek Capital assisted in guiding the transaction through closing, which ultimately resulted in the acquisition of Appalachian Mountain Brewery by Craft Brew Alliance, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch.
